Bascily:
2sin/3bf/40ias/fool's/LoLo (nice adds are AMP etc, 2sin gives more damage than high ED i think) + Phoenix (pheonix alone gives 5-6k damage add, as well as massive abs etc).
Enigma
Some 2sin/20fcr/nice adds/2soc helm (ideally visio, but ur ar is great anyway).
Highlord (deadly strike is very important on skills with a base damage of like 1k+. It has huge effect.
Gore riders
trangs for fcr
arach for fcr
10fcr + wisp for that 65 break, but if griffon i would do raven + wisp as ring.

So the idea:
Claw skills is massive damage, and claw has claw mastery and claw also has 0.75/0.75 damage bonus on str/dex. And ur statting max block with pheonix which results in massive dex, and enigma ensures nice strenght as well.
Each dex stat is also 5base ar, which leads you to reach 20-40k ar depending on build.
Phoenix works as a inzane damage boost as well as giving 10max fire/5max light/fire absorb/50 life. So ur already covered for both fire and light abs constantly, and u want to use wisp at all time for oak and abs.

Hits like a truck.

theres 2 ways, phoenix or dual claw

i personally prefer playing a ''glass cannon'' hybrid ghost/bladesin

basically you put points into dex until 250-300 dex, gives you a shit ton of % ed that you'll lack without phoenix, gives you very good ww damage and also attack rating even without fools, so you can use plague claw as main hand.

and if you use high end gear you can still reach 3k life

tbh 3k life with 60% weapon block > 4500 life with phoenix

not to mention you get whirlwind on top of it

Yes, but phoenix builds ends up with 3xx DEX as well. So theese builds can have a dual claw setup in stash as well vs forexample nec to increase survivability due to clawblock. The wirl will be quite functional and easier to hit with, but the bladeskills hits like a truck compared, its basicly PURE charge damage values.

i used something like

20 fcr 120% ed 45 ias helm 3 soc
highlords amu
enigma
raven
10 fcr str dex ar mana @ ring
gore rider
arach
plague suwayyah 3 wb 3 mb X ls (wont have to put 1 ls then)
chaos suwayyah 3 wb 3 mb 3 fade (unless you wanna precast fade)
trang gloves

you'll get like 17k+ attack rating without fools and really good damage/ar for ww, but a bit less blade damage than the phoenix setup.

could also opt for a rare 2 soc visio diadem setup, but its very expansive.

why ? you go for maxblock with phoenix? xD

i guess then that would work vs barbs and certain chars you need block against, but i kinda hate using maxblock with 0 faster block rate
