Apparently Tariffs on March 4th. Let it rain. Hopefully our American friends, the actual people don't see too many price increases especially on vehicles if he plans on doing it to Canada and Mexico. Lets face it Detroit isn't going back to the good old days.

And hopefully on a plus side, Canada says hell with American made vehicles lets take off tariffs and restrictions on Japanese vehicles which are vastly better quality.

For us Canadians, I think we will weather 4 years just fine.

Home ownership figures are similar between the US and Canada (within 1%). The healthy grow older and will require some of that subsidized healthcare at some point in their life, not to mention bad luck and accidents. I'd rather not be paying more than I already am for healthcare. Justice isn't having the poor and the dumb dying early.

Absolutely absurd. Age is an amplifier for poor health outcomes, that is, people who have kept in good health do not consume the same resources as those who haven't in old age.

Bad luck and accidents, absurd. You save money by simply paying out of pocket for accidents. Insurance in this case should be absolutely voluntary, because different people take different risks. It makes zero sense for a risk-averse individual to pay the same as a risk-seeking individual. It makes no sense for a responsible individual to pay the same effective insurance premiums as risk junkies. Car insurance takes this into account because guess what you pay for it.

Healthy people (or to be precise, those who don't use or use less in proportion, the healthcare system over a given year) should be provided a proportional tax refund. This way the peace of mind remains, and good behaviour is rewarded instead of punished.

The same reason state's rights are being infringed upon by the federal gov.

You mean like taking every car manufacturer's certificate of ownership and converting it into a proprietary one that's then leased by the state to you; making your car proprietary ownership and thereby constituting a privilege(corporate) and not a human right to travel?

hey where can i buy those cars with no middle man that circumvents my constitutional right to travel? ;)

imagine doing everything legit("normie" vs legal definitions) and still being harassed by authorities because they serve the author who has a much different view on creationism.

People don't understand they're registering ownership of their vehicles to the state.

And that, even at the moment they supposedly buy it from a dealer, this already took place.

The only way around this is to private buy an older vehicle pre 70s that's never been registered, and not register it, in a state that allows this.

I may be a little off on the details but overall, people don't understand this stuff.

hey maybe i should get into the automobile business and start producing cars that have an actual certificate that allows any or all to practice their freedom of travel.

its precedent to serve corporate oligarchy instead of constitutional freedoms, you know that normie people would actually want to safely practice...you know like freedom of speech w/o censorship.

here i thought it was a conspiracy to commit "TREE SIN" to circumvent constitutional rights:

"Don't you realize that this sin is like a little yeast that spreads through the whole batch of dough?"

"whosoever eateth that which is leavened, that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel."

- authority has been given to me from heaven to expose the sons of darkness and their AIC backwards.

No, you won’t. Don’t let your government fool you Canada and the US are tied at the hip economically. When one suffers the other will eventually as well.

(To also clarify. MOST of the current models offered in the US and Canada from Japanese companies are actually manufactured in US, Canada or Mexico according to my recent Google search. Had to educate myself on the matter even though I honestly don’t care. We have bought Nissans for our last 3 cars simply because the dealership we deal with is honest and kind to us.)

Many of the models are but none of the widely popular ones around the rest of the world like your little work trucks or the notorious Hilux which imo is the king of trucks. Lobbying efforts by the NA auto industry has ensured that we can't get such models.

And yes we absolutely will weather a 4 year storm. Canada isn't going to suddenly implode. I didn't say there would be no ramifications, just that we would weather out the storm fine.

As long as you learn Punjabi. Soon enough, it'll be our national language.
