Modified to have the same animation and text color as this, but also have the shine from the center outwards towards the O and the D

I like that first outward shine, but could you make it relatively the same speed as the Poor animation image?
The ones present feel a littleslow.

Before it starts the shine take a little longer, then when it shines, moves a little faster.
