I dont know who is running their customer support now but good luck if you need anything, account has been locked for like 2 weeks because of a character name that was not even bad. Someone responded 3 days ago (after like 8 days of emailing) and said they will unlock my account if i agree to not make inappropriate character names. I responded back immediately and agreed, its been 3 days they went ghost again and didnt unlock my account.

sucks to suck, when my account got locked it took like 30 mins max for them to respond and unlock it.

The question we all want answered, because i have some names that I'm surprised I got away with lol

I did report a bux related to Linux and a shader compilation error a few weeks ago and got a generic email back, however they did eventually fix it.

The transmog/store preview area was just solid blue and there were errors in the log I sent over.

I'm guessing very very few people play on Linux however it works perfect and I've been very happy so far.

It must be handling by Peggy.

why do you think there should be more than that?
