Dogs in wraps?

Idk if you got them in the us, but in norway they're called "lompe" ^^ (probably funny to say in english, lol ^^) made of potatoes. But i guess it's sort of a wrap, yes. Probably the most traditional dish here, served everywhere on constitutional day (17th of may), even if it's just a way for the government to get rid of food industrial waste. Yes, i fall prey to it too sadly at times.
