I've seen them throw food away that ppl give before. There is a guy around me that has a sign " I'm not gonna lie, I just want a beer". I gave that dude a $20 once and said have a good time.
What I can't stand are the ones who drive a Mercedes, park around the corner and sit out there with their kids begging.
