edit: EA must feed the NBA a lot of coin for that contract, cant believe we dont have other alternatives

I bought 2k.....19 I think? For pc, it was full of cheating little kids that had 3rd party mods that gave their 6' guards the physical traits of a 7'7 center, all maxed stats etc etc... It was the worst gaming experience of my life. What's funny though is it was always clown ass kids who never watched a game in their life, had zero ball knowledge and had no idea how to play the game, they just had crazy builds. Occasionally, you could still win vs them with a competent team. Also, the game was/is still current-gen for PC, very ass.

All I know is I only got to play Michael Jordan every game. Started as a rookie on the Houston Rockets.
When I went to the bench to rest the game would only let me watch the game. Pretty cool camera angles.

My starting five that first year was Yao Ming, Luis Scola, Shane Battier, Michael Jordan and Aaron Brooks.
Our sixth man was Kevin Martin. A great shooter. So when Jordan came out K-Mart would hold it down.

What's wild is NBA 2K12, the very next year, had the greatest intro of any NBA 2K game. They used Kurtis Blow's 'Basketball' rap song from 1984

NBA jam was the shit back in the day, though there was still some cheat codes like full court dunk. Best thing was no goaltending, I used hornets with grandmama and zo and would just guard the rim.

I was more of an NFL blitz/ NHL blitz type of guy

NHL blitz 3v3 hockey was hilarious there was a bug once I got a powerplay I could so the same sequence every faceoff to get a 1 timer goal. Just repeat that like 10 times every powerplay. The whole game was about fighting so it was damn easy to get the 2v2 to set it up
