Use most calories than you consume. Repeat this every day.

Work out what your baseline calorie intake is per day to maintain on your current weight then go into a calorie deficit that is sustainable for you long term you’re not gonna lose 70 lbs that you gained over a year in 2-3 months ( you can but you’d be very miserable) aim for a lbs to 2 max per week lost when you plateau lower your calories by a bit slowly over time don’t suddenly drop you’re just gonna shut down your body I wouldn’t put any cardio in your routine until maybe 10-12 weeks in unless you really love doing it but slow and steady wins the race there’s no shortcut it’s all about calories in vs out depending on your body type either do slightly lower carb or moderate always keep your protein on track you need protein don’t go lower than 1-1.5g of protein per lean body mass I would never suggest cutting carbs out unless you have a medical issue if you’re more chubby just eat only around your workouts or first thing in the morning your glycogen levels are lowest waking up and post workout
Idk that’s about it not complicated not impossible just gotta stick to it use a food tracking app until you get the hang of it

There’s no set diet eat what you want just stay in a caloric deficit over time you don’t have to eat fish beef liver etc etc if you don’t like it it’s about making it work for you long term
Your miracle food is fiber rich food
That keeps you full for longer and your asshole will thank you
Invest some money if you can in a fiber supplement
Potatoes are better bang for your buck than rice as they keep you fuller longer so you can swap out your rice for sweet potato or russet or whatever you want

Good luck with your meds, most people would stop taking it after gaining that much weight.

Ive heard it slows down your metabolism and increases your appetite. as the posters have said its all about calories in vs calories out. Best thing you can do is put on some muscle then try to lose the fat cuz im assuming this is something you gotta keep taking. otherwise whatever trick you do to lose weight will probably result in you rubberbanding
