Overall I’m pretty healthy, I’m 5’11 and I weight 210lbs, slightly overweight now but I’m not like a fatass by any means, my job is hard work so when I’m working I’m often working out in one way or another so it keeps me in shape
But I do agree it’s not necessarily the healthiest lifestyle but I don’t think I’m going to live forever, but you’re right I need to get it under control or I’ll most likely have diabetes when I’m 70

you’re probably downing 200g of sugar in drink alone
your diet is probably shit as well (e.g snickers bars for lunch) so total sugar intake closer to 250g-300g+
replace with lime seltzer, or some alternative. cut back over time
at this point your brain is wired to need it. gut microbiome a disaster. teeth/gums decayed. pee pee probably always yellow, or orange. need to detox/reset which can take a couple weeks
do you go to the dr at all? when was your last blood test
