war scepter was close! but needed 3hammer and 1 pcombat or atleast 2os. runestaff is useable if it rolls 4os. jewel is close but a little low on rolls. temp tho

that's a decent ammy. cold sorc is one of the few builds who can get away with lower fcr BP so missing fcr isn't the end of the world. worth posting and getting some offers on
