Does not register in the stats,
It does for resistances but not DR why!?

it got armor and res already. would you like some +all skills with it too as well as the DR? it's fine the way it is right now

The DR doesn't register in the stat meters

My point is it doesn’t need dr. Armor + all res are okay if not very good already.

The “powers” only work/activate outside of town.

Although I have never checked to see if stat sheet changes when equipped

Game isn’t designed in favour for a small community that play pvp. So yes, these gems are at a good point they are now already. Adding dr in will only do bad for current game state

Actually I think you will be surprised how much it is designed for PVP!

It doesn’t really matter what i think or you think. Majority of players are in softcore playing pve. That’s fact. Contents are already easy so no need to add that DR into them gems. I can see your point where it adds some flexibility into build for pvp. But that’s probably the last thing this game needs now as it’s got bigger issues to deal with.
