Lighting to phys to cold high crit and crit damage

there is no best megalomaniac for anything.
that jewel rolls 2-3 notable passive skills out of ~400 (?)
so you have 400^2 (160k) possible 2 mod and 400^3 (64 million) possible 3 mod jewels (a tiny bit less since you can‘t roll one mod twice, but I‘m not awaken enough for the math behind that).
they are basically all one of a kind, so what you wanna do is select all the useful notables for your build on the trade site, then search for a jewel hitting at least 2 of them.
or you search for a specific mod that you really want and at least 1 other from a list of mods.
that being said, if you actually find something with 2 really good mods for any meta build, prepare to spend a couple hundred divines
