Vance dropped an absolute nuke on the Eurocrats and said a lot of things which needed to be said for a long time.
I agree with pretty much everything he said in this speech.

Nonetheless, this was not the right occasion imho for this kind of speech. He barely said anything about security, and the US want to get the Europeans on board for their Ukraine peace plan which would see Europeans providing soldiers for a peacekeeping mission. The US also want the Europeans to spend more on their militaries, take on more responsibility for their own defense, buy more American goods and pay the lion's share of Ukraine's rebuild. Frontally assaulting and insulting key allies while you want their cooperation on a lot of fields right now doesn't strike me as strategically smart.

If they want to shit on Trump non-stop, applaud all the hoax lawsuits / demonize him calling him a rapist, convicted felon / and so on, then better make sure this guy doesn't win the white house, senate and the fucking house, lol

This applies to both the (D) crowd in the US and the EU bureaucrats. They're getting a taste of your own medicine
