Every product that's not just like a craft hot sauce itself that I add to make things spicy, bothers tf out of my throat.
You know that Cheetos flaming hot Mac & Cheese? That shit sent me to the ER. It ruined the soft tissue in the back of my throat and I needed steroids for like a week to breathe/eat
Not because it was too spicy but because of whatever the F they put in there.
From there on out, I only and only put craft hot sauce on things as a condiment itself. Premade stuff like that worries me cause what does it cost? $1? $2?
Doesn't even cover the cost of a bag of DRIED ghost peppers.
My favorite is Carolina Reaper sauce though, idk some craft hot sauce place near the Albany/Woodburn markets. Forgot the name but I always do a stock up for roughly a year at a time.
