Okay so I got runelite and made an account for it
You said quest helper, is that the same type of helper that WoW has? Basically just an arrow that points you in the right direction?
No idea for WoW.
Quest helper will list items you need for the next step, will be red if you dont have, yellow if in bank, green if in the proper spot whether that be equipped or in the inventory.
It also does highlight on the minimap where to go and once the npc or step is on your screen it'll highlight that also.
On top of that, it also highlights which dialogue options to choose so if you just want to speed thru without making a 30 minute quest 2 hours by skipping the dialogue you can.
Furthermore it'll also highlight the items in your inventory when its time to use them.
It's just about the most OP plugin in the entire game.
Then it becomes borderline useless once you've completed all the quests and have the quest cape, except for when new quests come out
