If you use Guillaumes Helmet, Highlords amu, Gores boots,

With 2x Grief PB you got on each hand +400 dmg 80-90% Deadly Strike

With 2x Eth Death you got on each hand 400% edmg 100% Deadly Strike 100% Crushinvg Blow

Any other weapons in game will give you less damage and slower monsters killing... But you can combine Eth Death Baxe Eth Botd Baxe
But Grief you need only Phase Blade base = Indestructibe weapons

You are slaying monsters you need Indetstructible weapon type allways,
to not teleport to town to repair every some minutes of slashing monsters and destructing yours weapons Grief Pb / E Death Baxes or E Baxes rws

this is most fun from all weapons and really brutal monsters killing system, fun and effective

2x eth death baxes are fun.. I have char names GlacialFacial who is a Blizz sorc but I think it works well as a name for a frenzy baba with two deaths - feel free to use it!

Thanks lol appreciate for answering, everyone else telling me what the “best” set up for frenzy is but that’s not what my question was hahahaha

i use dual pb griefs and its the best in terms of damage, you can also use dual eth zerks and make death but it lacks ias. you can always swap in a pb lw for the life tap prop or you can use drac gloves and maintain dual grief. you should also have a lot of life leach from your gear (ring, belt, helm, possibly gloves) and some amount of mana leach. i also use a act 2 merc with base might aura and i add andys fort and pride.

per grief will take about 20 or so rolls to get 400 damage and more rolls if you are using a zerker and have to have 34 ias + 400 damage making using a zerk way more expensive but used in a pvp role.

its really a build that is meant to play around on and get a feel for how different melee builds work. i dont use frenzy for pvm or pvp and haven't in decades my main bread and butter on a barb is ww for pvp and pvm and if the barb is going to uber then use concentrate and he will be able to take it down but no where as fast as a smiter.
