Played runescape (now runescape 3) a very long time ago. I saw ours is back but never got around to getting into it.

I see there is Ironman mode where you play solo basically.


Wondering if I start up a new account, if Ironman is the way to go or do I just make a regular account to trade on?


I am older now 30+ and want a more laid back style. At my own pace

Most would say Ironman it to get the feel of every aspect of the game

I was watching YT videos on it. Literally no trading other than stores though? I feel I'd struggle with this for a while at the start, but I guess that's the point right?

Biggest struggle is early game if you make it past that the game opens up. But yes it sucks if you want end game content within this year make a main

Want something to do for the long run so not to worried about beating anything intense within the next few months honestly. Just want something to mess around with on my phone or when kids are asleep

Honestly just make a main first. It's much better.
Irons are for when you are bored of your main and have reached endgame and you can use all the knowledge you gained as a main to make the iron flow a lot more smoothly.

I'm nervous about it.playong SUPER cautious because if I die! But it's not bad so far
