Curious if anyone has thoughts here.

I have several accounts I play, but on one in particular, I always get the "Too Many Login Attempts" error.

It's weird. I would say that it locks me out for around an hour 1-2 times per week. This doesn't happen to any other accounts.

I just logged off my iron skiller, went to log into this main, and boom: Too many attempts. This is an incredibly common thing.

This has also happened when people do jobs on this account for me, so I don't think it's connected to my IP.



Any thoughts?

Might be an account compromised in a breach that someone keeps trying to get into. I think Zezima and a couple other streamers had the same issue and Jagex had to put a rule in place so it wouldn’t happen to them. I’d say put in a ticket if customer support existed

I only ever have this during leagues. Even if I just woke up, or I was just logged in and trying to hop worlds.

Usually just gotta wait a few minutes and try again.

I've had this happen many times but typically trying to remember which password I used on that specific account...

a perfect example of this is happening as i type.

i rage quit because i couldnt kill scorpia for the diary.

logged cuz bad.

this was an hour ago. i tried to log back in about 3 mins after and got the "too many attempts" error.

i just tried again - still getting it. absolutely infuriating
