With the superb owl coming up a lot of bets are likely to be made. Some of them probably quite large. It's best practice to use a mediator. Sometimes also a meditator just to be safe.
There is a list of meds somewhere but I can't be assed to find it. Terps, his other accounts, Jadedboshohmygosh, saf7, and a few others I can't think of.
Also if you do use a mediator please remember to tip them. Especially if you win. I personally tip even when I lose but that's because I'm not a fucking asshole. 10% is standard but if they no life it and send immediately after the game ends consider sending 20%.
