Hit a 40% one from the king...i was so angry i almost sold it to the vendor..
But if you check, the prices are from 17 div up..almost the same as for the the 70% ones.
Any idea why?

Corrupted worth little with low stats because u cant change with div
Non corrupted worth 17div at last with any stats..or much more with a good stats

No. It will reroll the stats within the range (30-80% i think).
