In short? Yes. There are way too many psychological, moral and belief components to a modern day human being that common understanding doesn’t exist.
For example most people think child predators are terrible right? Then there are entire groups trying to normalize this behavior. Something that should be Universally despised and hated there are individuals and groups (albeit ones that I think need to be shot) that find beauty in it.
We're talking about aesthetics, right? Your example is one of ethics. Subjective universality only applies to aesthetics, and even then only to a very specific type of aesthetic judgement, which Kant called judgement of beauty.
You used the word beauty in your example, which is confusing because there's no way to mistake what you said with a judgement of beauty as described by Kant.
Morality and belief has nothing to do with aesthetic judgements. If you want to discuss Kantian ethics we can do that, but it's an entirely different conversation.
