So I actually work in the education sector(not as a teacher but as an admin in general operations).

Generally speaking Teachers, Aides, Maintenance, Custodians, Secretaries and Cafeteria Workers are well underpaid.

A huge chunk goes to Administration(Particularly Superintendents, Principals and Counselors.) and Coaches.

I work for a 2A school district that employs 15 coaches JUST FOR FOOTBALL. That doesn’t include all the other sports. Many of these coaches double as a teacher and are not “technically” certified to teach.

Time for states to figure out where to cut the spending. Looks like football coaches should be the first to go. 15 coaches? Get real. That's insane to me. I had 3 coaches for my high school football team and I think 2 were volunteers.
