why do the site announcements say this person is a senior moderator when their profile says they are in the members group with a locked and scammer tag? very confusing

The latest site updates covered April 4 2023 through January 29 2025 so that would explain why it is displayed.

oh so he was demoted, locked and scammer tagged between january 29 2025 and today ? understood, that must have been a very difficult week for them
