It's also funny that DEI is severely misunderstood. DEI wasn't introduced to give under qualified minorites qualified white people's jobs. It was introduced so under qualified white people don't take qualified minority jobs.
What's actually happens is that asians face systemic discrimination, often to the point where whites gain a net share more than they would otherwise earn. Just look at NYC.
Even very "woke" schools are rolling back efforts to replace standardized testing. It turns out that students who perform worse, regardless of skin color, go on to succeed at much lower rates. Who would have figured.
