Not particularly. If the crash has no political bearing, they usually have at least a preliminary report out within 24 hours. It's only politically charged cases and cases where the black box is extensively damaged where it tends to take a long time. And the box wasn't extensively damaged. If air traffic and her fellow crew members are telling her to avoid hitting that plane, and she does it anyway, is that not her fault?

Also please do not use AF as your source. See my previous posts about how they posted a picture of the pilot, but it was actually one of the most distinguished pilots who had retired two years ago.

Also, can you provide an audio source for that? I have listened to the transmissions many, many times and have not heard ATC saying they were going to collide in ANY of them.
