Is NPC contact for the next contract faster than just using a ring of wealth to fally park to get one from amy?
I remember using NPC contact to get my rune pouches repaired, and there was all this Dialog I had to go to.
Did they streamline it for NPC contact with Mahogany homes or do I lose any time saved clicking through options?

I'm done with tithe farm, unless I really want that hat.
I went back after the seed box, and the herb sack to get that stupid can I never use.
Tick perfect farming is impossible for me though.
