I support free speech, its an inalienable right of this country. if you dont support free speech then you are the CCP scum bum :)

Disrupting an educational institution is not "free speech". And skipping classes is a direct violation of the Student Visa, and merits immediate revocation of that Visa.

You don't support free speech. You support the CCP.

No, speech is free speech. Organizing events that prevents students from getting to class, targets faculty, and requires police action to break up is not "speech". Nowhere in the Constitution is "protest" mentioned even once. What people refer to as "the right to protest" is the right to PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR REDRESS OF GREIVANCE.

The right to PEACABLY assemble doesn't indicate you get to block entrances to buildings, assault campus security, police, disrupt classes, or target professors or students you don't like.

Quote
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”

You don't even know what the First Amendment says, let alone means.

She was granted a student visa in order to achieve academic excellence. Instead, she chose to skip class and organize events designed to disrupt the educational institution she was supposed to be learning from, violating the terms of her Visa. Her Visa was revoked. That's how shit works. She violated the terms of the Visa, so now no more Visa.

Why is it that you believe Communists don't have to follow the same rules, laws, and guidelines the rest of us do?

Your reading comprehension is shit, clearly:

The right to PEACABLY assemble doesn't indicate you get to block entrances to buildings, assault campus security, police, disrupt classes, or target professors or students you don't like.

Violent protest is not Peaceable Assembly. By definition.

Once again, her student visa required she attend all classes. She skipped classes to organize events that blocked entrances to buildings and led to assaults on faculty, other students, security, and police. She violated the terms of her Visa AND disrupted the educational institution's ability to carry out the educational process.

Keep on keeping on defending communists, fren. :)

It is not "fascism" to expel foreigners who violate the terms of the contract they signed to be on US Soil. In fact, I don't believe you know what "fascism" is at all.

If you do want to speak of places where human rights aren't necessarily a thing, perhaps you should look to China. I'm betting you won't, however, while defending a member of the CCP. :)

And blaming "counter protestors" for the attacks on faculty, students, police, and campus security, by the anti-Israelis that she organized, is laughable. Go back to bed, kiddo.

Communists attempting to destabilize the US isn't new. Had she kept it to speech, rather than resorting to violent riot, and had she focused on her studies, rather than political causes she wasn't here for AT ALL, she'd still be a student with a visa in good stead.

that gives her all the more reason to protest

Nah, she should protest against the treatment of Uyghurs and human rights in China first then we can talk. Hypocrites shouldn't be tolerated. By baring students from their studies (blocking students from entering), they stopped paid classes from attending. That's not a protest but crime and discrimination at the same time. I am sure they never paid attention whether the Jewish students supported Israel's policy or not. That's racist as well.
