Just starting out in Standard league - do you have to be a certain level to list items or join someone's hideout to trade?

I prefer you find your item copy the google bar : pathofexile/trade2 blablabla
So i press the link that bring me to your item
Then click whisper
Thos way look way more normal

I am brand new here and am a little confused on the trade process for poe2. When do I send the trade link? Let's say I want to buy some divs. Do the steps below match how trades are supposed to happen? If not, which steps are wrong?

1. Place bid or bin on seller listing for divs
2. Seller PMS me
3. I create a trade link and PM to seller
4. Seller clicks trade link to whisper me in game, simulating a real trade
5. I invite them and meet at my hideout.
6. Open trade window with item used to make trade link
7. They place divs in trade to show they have them
8. I send FG
9. They receive FG and we both accept trade

yeah and you can go to their hideout or urs it doesn't matter.

You're the real MVP thank you so much, another way to single out your item is simply my typing in it's exact mods and rolls. The odds of someone having all the same is basically not happening lol.
