We, as a society, simply cannot believe either side unquestioningly. Neither is it practical to #BelieveAllWomen, nor is it a good idea to write off all rape accusations as bogus or weaponized, either.

And while the courts have probably adopted a bit of a pro-female bias in trials about sexual violence, child custody, domestic violence, divorce and the like, there are still a ton of sexual predators getting away with their crimes because it ends up being a he-said-she-said case where the court has no other choice than to decide in dubio pro reo.

Rape is stupidly easy to prove, because they leave DNA all over the victim.

Or, the courts can follow due process. As can women who claim to be victims. Claim rape? Go down to the ER and get a rape kit. Funny enough, public funding is available 100% of the time. The ER will perform the kit without charge and a police officer or sheriff will magically appear to take their report of the crime.

No, what we've been seeing isn't due process. What we've been seeing is empty accusations without evidence. Over. And over. And these clowns want to compare these empty accusations from silly bints with murder victims.

The defense in rape cases isn't "I had no sex with this woman", it's "the sex was consensual". DNA evidence can't prove or disprove such a claim.

A rape kit doesn't just collect DNA. Though proof of sexual contact in the first place is good. There is always bruising (inside) and other evidence that can help the courts can determine unwilling contact.

Which is one of the reasons women who demand it "rough" are to be avoided at all costs. But again, what we've been seeing is no rape kits, no police reports. Instead, women making accusations about men years after the fact, and without any due process at all, men losing their careers, reputations, and in some cases, their freedom, over nothing.

And the same people who shout #MeToo and #BelieveAllWomen and ignore every SA hoax, time after time? Seem to keep ending up with SA and even Rape claims against them, as well as evidence of sexual misconduct with minors.

So, once again, explain to me how rape is basically as bad as murder. I'm waiting.

Note: This reminds me of the case of Aileen Wuornos. Goes and sells her body, right? Nah, murders her Johns, more like. Gets caught? Gets off because "He was raping me, it was self defense!" Car thief, check fraud, countless cases of assault, 7 murders. #BelieveAllWomen was exercised even back then. It took multiple murders for the #BelieveAllWomen crowd of the day to realize their mistake.

Don't believe women. Ever. Or men. Due process exists. And somehow, with a 4% conviction rate on Rape accusations, it seems like 96% of the time, it's the MEN who suffer. The process being the punishment, and all.
