You don't remember 2017-Jan2021 PaRD, do you? It won't stop.

"Hey, a bunch of black teenage girls murdered a homeless guy for his alcohol!"

"YEAH SO?!?!!! BUT TRUMP!!!ONEONE111ONE!!!"

I'm just doing what I do and flowing with the conversation. My apologies in responding to the nonsense.

Those bitches committed murder. They should suffer 20-life. But they won't. So yeah, I'm irritated at the 2 tier justice system.

But hey, maybe next time it'll be white girls who kill the homeless guy. THEN we'll see the life sentence, right?

In what way?

Rape can certainly traumatize a person. And if the rape is a brutal rape, it can leave them permanently scarred. However, the victim still lives, and still has a shot at living a fairly normal life.

A murder victim is dead. Period. There's no coming back. The nature of the two crimes is incredibly different.

One of the things noted in States where the penalty for Rape is comparable to the penalty to murder is that rape victims are murdered after the rape more often than let go. Apparently rapists feel that letting their victim live just gives them the opportunity to contact authorities and snitch them out. Thus, if they're going to be facing charges comparable to murder anyhow, why not just murder the person they just raped. That way at least, there will be no reports, the victim just goes on the list with tens of thousands of other "missing persons" and if they hide the body well enough, they may never get caught.

I'd be interested in hearing your reasoning as to what benefits are gained by treating rape as though it is exactly the same as, or as bad as, murder. Not even saying I'll disagree, I may agree wholeheartedly. However, all false allegations aside, once you ratchet the penalty for being caught for a crime to murder, you have INCENTIVIZED the perpetrator to escalate to murder, as murder prevents the victim from accusing you.

I was referring to the second last line.

I dunno mate. Only something like 4% of rape allegations result in convictions. And many of those convictions end up overturned later based on either successful appeal, new evidence, or a stupid accuser who admits it was bullshit (Duke Lacrosse).

If you include all plea deals and lesser sexual harassment charges (unwanted looks, touching, etc. aka NOT rape), again, that result in either convictions or plea deals, you get ALMOST to 50%. So it would seem that the majority of rape allegations ARE false accusations.

The more you know, right? And this leads directly back to my question: If you want rape to be penalized similar to murder, will we apply the same standard to false accusations of rape?

And Trump would've just pardoned them flat out if they had killed a police officer.

Better defund the police first so we won’t have that problem. Am I rite?

Actually it was litterly just a post saying they would like to see severe in consequences for murders and rapists in most cases.

That got your guys panties in a knot. Hell the guy even said most cases indicating there could be times where a case is not clear cut.

Some twisted individuals indeed.

#Believe all women
Go listen to the woman who made the false accusation at the Duke Lacrosse players, her reasoning is the most common one among false rape accusations.

Holy fuck. This turned into a thread of dudes getting upset because one guy said rapists and murders should be severely punished in most cases.

That's it. That's all it took to get people shook.

The internet sure has some unusual suspects on it.
