It's official

Quote
The Vancouver Canucks rocked the NHL with another Friday night blockbuster, trading forward J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers for forward Filip Chytil, defenseman Victor Mancini and a 2025 first-round draft pick. Defensemen Erik Brannstrom and Jackson Dorrington were also part of the package with Miller to New York.

yes, perennial point per game player JT Miller signed long term being added to a core thats signed to term for a middling first round pick and spare parts is a bad thing.. the 15th overall pick in next years draft is worth more than trying to add to a core thats been competitive for half a decade?

cmon now, this was a steal for the rangers and its literally not even close, i really dont understand the lense which you evaluate hockey thru lol

Maybe pointless this year but he’s already playing 10x better these last two games than he has all season with Vancouver

you are correct on that one, the price it costed the rangers to get miller was way lower than i expected it to be. They are not in rebuild mode and they badly needed some offensive punch
good move overall for a good price
