This is from a right leaning source:

The Black Hawk helicopter was flying too high, by a lot. It was far above the 200-foot limit,” an exasperated Trump wrote on Truth Social. “That’s not really too complicated to understand, is it???”

The collision may have been avoided if the Army had outfitted the Black Hawk with an Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast device, a relatively new technology that allows air traffic control operators to see an aircraft’s altitude, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said on Friday’s episode of his podcast, “The Verdict.”

“The Black Hawk helicopter had a transponder, so it was appearing on radar. It did not have technology called ADS-B, which is technology that pings the location of an aircraft, and it does so using GPS rather than radar,” the Texas Republican said. “ADS-B is more accurate and more reliable than simply a transponder that is pinging on radar.”

It should answer all your dumbass questions.

I'll translate for you just in case you don't understand.

Helo had its transponder on. You can see PAT25 on any radar map you see. The plane saw the helo on its radar. But the helo was supposed to be MUCH lower. No one knew it's altitude because it doesnt have the latest technology, which is probably why visual separation was requested and accepted.

And lol at you thinking a plane can just instantly pull up and out of the way. This isn't a fucking video game.

I don't know where you read it has its transponder turned off. That's pretty egregious misinformation and I would like a source.

Nothing on that article confirms the transponder was on. All it states is that the chopper HAS a transponder.

AND it directly stated that the type of transponder was out of date, old tech.

AND the article clearly states that the chopper was well of it's flight path.

AND the article clearly states that that FAULT lay at the feet of the Chopper pilot, and pilots interviewed for the article stated flat out that the deviation from flight path was unimaginable.

So, feel free to post more articles that counter your position and fail to confirm anything that you claim. I welcome it.

For such a smug little shit, you truly fail at understanding how stupid you sound.

YOU CAN SEE THE HELO (PAT25) ON ANY FUCKING RADAR MAP. If your transponder is off you don't appear on the radar map. Are you an idiot?

Edit: yes it's the choppers fault as I've always said?

You can see it's transponder IS ON

You're out of your element here man. And that's fine.

Like I said, my guess is it had visual on the plane behind the plane it ran into. Radar map supports this but it's only a guess. We will await the official report. But the transponder was fucking on lol

Your dollar isn’t equivalent. It’s possible for a good tradesman to make 90-100k usd a year here, though.

Our dollar fluctuates a lot, we keep it low on purpose atm because it benefits the oligarchs that run the country, when i went to the states last our dollar was 1.12:1 with the usd.
A good tradesman here makes 200-300k, plumbers make that.

Heres the radar map right when the crash occured. Notice that the transponder is ON

The issue is the plane thought the helo was far below it as it should have been, but it wasn't. It was at the same altitude. This is 100% on the chopper crew. I've never said different.

I can't break this down any further for you.

Edit: just read your full responses to me. Yeah you have no fucking clue what you're talking about about.

You make a claim, yet the last 2 minutes of data from the radar map of PAT 2-5 shows it at 200 FT altitude with no deviation. Yet eyes in the sky put it up near 300ft. Which is very commonly what happens when a transponder is turned OFF but the identified craft is still being tracked by tower radar.

Is your claim that radar cannot track aircraft without a transponder? If so, you'd better tell the Nazis. Apparently they lost the Air Battles of Britain because their planes forgot to turn off their transponders.

Now, this habit of flying training flights into a landing zone at a national airport in DC appears to be an annual affair. Except this "annual training" did NOT include flying into landing lanes of passenger aircraft prior to 2021. Weird, huh?

And here's a fun one for you:

Quote
In fiscal year 2024, Army flight accidents that caused death, permanent disability, or at least $2.5 million in damages, or destroyed a military aircraft hit their highest level since 2014, according to Jimmie Cummings Jr., communication director at the Army's Combat Readiness Center.

Now, I wonder... Could DEI hiring in the army POSSIBLY have contributed to orders that put not only soldiers but civilians in direct danger on a regular basis?

Further, with $7 trillion a year spent by the Biden Administration, why are blackhawks, used on-shore for so-called "training purposes" not outfitted with the best safety tech to insure shit like this NEVER happens?

Yeah man, it's all about Trump. Dumbass.

It shows that because it doesn't have the gps technology to transmit altitude. This was already covered by Ted cruz and myself. Instead, the helos transponder transmits it's squawk code so that ATC can identify what they are seeing on their radar.

Radar can absolutely track planes, but they cannot track which plane or helo it is. This is where squawk codes come in. The transponder relays that code to ATC so ATC knows who they are. In this instance the hell was PAT25. Without those codes, ATC only sees someone there not exactly who they are.

The transponder equipped in this help does not have altitude relay technology (GPS) so ATC is assuming the 200 ft altitude because that is what they are suppose to be at.

I'm not blaming Trump for this accident. It's solely on the chopper which I've said 100 times on this thread.

The plane saw the helos relative position on its map but assumed it was much lower. This is why ATC accepted helos request for visual separation because ATC did not know it's actual altitude.

Still waiting for that source about its transponder being off.

Do you think PAT25 and IDs just magically appear on radar lmao? No the IDs are given through the transponder.

Edit: this is assuming squawk codes are used in the military. I don't know if they call it something different.

I don't know why you keeping saying things about trump. I only said he was wrong to assume DEI without an official report. This isn't his fault.

Edit 2: just in case you're having trouble:
A squawk code is a unique four-digit number that air traffic control (ATC) assigns to an aircraft to identify it during flight. The code is entered into the aircraft's transponder, which then sends the code back to ATC radar systems.

Once a tower's software identifies a flying object as the object it is, in this case the Blackhawk, it does not "lose" the object if the transponder is turned off. It retains the object identification. All news networks reported the chopper was "dark" in the moments leading up to the collision. The radar map supports that stance. And NOBODY, either in the Army nor the Government has contradicted those reports.

The passenger Jet's radar, however, would lose it entirely, and have no chance to respond to it's proximity. And funny enough, the way a jet's radar works is slightly different than a tower. It works closer to a ping that gets closer and closer as the transponder gets closer and closer. When the ping is on, the pilot of the passenger jet can see that they're being directly approached. When the transponder is off, the only thing they can "see" is whatever the tower chooses to transmit to them.

So, we have orders that directly put both civilians and soldiers in unnecessary danger, as a result of Biden Administration policies. We have more Army Air fuckups in 2024 as a result of Biden Administration policies than any time since 2014. We have the excuse of an underequipped piece of training equipment, due to the decisions of an administration that spent $27-28 TRILLION in 4 years.

Last but not least, we have "pilots" who've been marked down as "500 and 1000 hours" of "flight experience" but flight experience in the army INCLUDES flight simulators. And funny enough, 2 of the 3 soldiers in the Chopper are being reported as female. Kind of strange.

It's almost like a combination of poor policy, poor spending, and poor hiring standards directly led to the collision. Yet here we are, in a topic that's claiming it's trump's fault for firing people who had absolutely nothing to do with the Army or the Blackhawk that caused the collision. Weird huh? Apparently, your claim of what "Trumpers" care about, is false. Trumpers have been BEGGING for information about the chopper since the collision occurred. And we still haven't gotten most of that information.

Meanwhile, YOU insist:

Trumpers are realizing it wasn't ATCs fault so now they are going after the female pilot screaming DEI. It won't stop here unfortunately. The only way to end all of this is another civil war.

"Trumpers" never thought it was ATC's fault. Anyone who looked at the video of the fucking collision could see the chopper rammed the fucking jet. The ONLY questions that EVER existed were about the chopper.

More for your smooth brain to try and learn:

ATC radar is generally very accurate with plane altitude, typically displaying altitude information within a few hundred feet, thanks to the aircraft's transponder which directly transmits altitude data to the radar system, making it highly reliable for air traffic control purposes; however, slight variations can occur due to atmospheric conditions and the limitations of the radar technology itself.

*Within a few hundred feet. Which unfortunately, was the fatal difference.

Lmk if you need a body bag.
