So you understand. It isn’t just that. It is also to bring back dependence on the normal everyday needs to be met internally instead of externally so the US can indeed be a harsher force to recon with for trade. It isn’t just about the short term.

We all know we won’t be fully independent, but we are far too dependent on foreign labor and trade.

To me the biggest problem in this country is the divide and that's why I don't like trump because he even further divides the country because of how he demonize anyone who doesn't agree with him.

Im speculating, but he Blackhawk had eyes on the incorrect airplane (the one directly behind the plane they hit). They requested visual separation and ATC granted it. It's the only way any of this makes sense. It's night time. There are lights everywhere and 4-5 plans are being lined up by ATC for landing. Atc asks BH if they see the plane. BH says they do and are granted visual separation which is standard. As ATC sees the BH getting closer to the plane, ATC reconfirms with BH about the plane. BH confirms they are on visual separation. Unfortunately, I think they had visual on the wrong plane. There was another plane behind the CR.

ATC did a phenomenal job and exactly what they were trained to do. Once visual separation is granted, it's on the BH. Blaming this on DEI makes my stomach curl.

Trumpers are realizing it wasn't ATCs fault so now they are going after the female pilot screaming DEI. It won't stop here unfortunately. The only way to end all of this is another civil war.

It's an interesting scenario. Thing is, the pilots of the passenger jets themselves have the authority to pull out of the landing/takeoff lanes to see to the safety of their crew and passengers.

How would they know to pull up? The transponder that the chopper had turned off. Why were they running dark, exactly? Do we have any information on the one safety feature that the blackhawk disabled that would have absolutely prevented this tragedy?



I'm not going after anything but what I started as. Why was there a blackhawk in a landing lane at a national airport, with it's transponder off? Why did that chopper ram a passenger jet, turning it into a fireball and killing at least 60 people?

Could it be DEI? Of course! We'd need an investigation of the army base the Blackhawk came from, as well as information about the 3 people aboard the blackhawk to know more. That's information we don't have. So all we can do is wait. I won't justify Trump's statements because I haven't seen the evidence. I won't dismiss them either, because I'm fully aware the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES has more fucking information than I do.

Where have you seen the helo had their transponder off? I'll give you a clue, it was on. It's visible if you actually watched any videos. The issue is it was using outdated technology. It was not using ADS-B, so you cannot determine it's altitude.

The plane didn't see the helo because the helo was flying at the incorrect altitude. I don't mean to sound like a dick, but this conversation is way out of your league.

Every single news source. Take your pick. Like CNN? MSNBC? CBS? NBC? Fox? Go find one. The chopper had it's running lights on, but that's meaningless, there's so much light at Reagan National no pilot is going to see the tiny lights on a chopper even if it is in their field of view.

No, the outlets all reported the chopper was "running dark" as a part of it's so-called "training exercise" because it had it's transponder off. Maybe go read the news, then come back, and we can discuss what the chopper was there fore. Because "Trumpers" have been demanding information about the chopper and it's mission, as well as the identity of the pilots, as well as the identities of those who gave the orders to the pilots and what those orders were from the moment the collision happened.

Perhaps if you listened to the questions that "Trumpers" have been asking, rather than building some idiotic strawman based on what outlets who have claimed that Trump Supporters are evil is claiming Trump Supporters are (because you can totally trust that), you'd be prepared to have a rational conversation.

Think of it like a ping. "Hello World!" "I exist". See, ATC can see the blackhawk on radar. Blackhawks don't have the level of stealth necessary to fool standard airport surveillance in the US.

However, a commercial airline flight does not have that level of radar. It's the TRANSPONDER that lets them know somebody is there.

Don't speak to anyone about being out of their depth when you're clearly clueless. Once again, go read the fucking news THEN try throwing some THOUGHT into what you read, then come back, and we'll have a discussion.
