David Benavidez (29-0-0) is set to fight David Morrell Jr. (11-0-0) on Saturday night!
I came looking for the free roll. Surprised there's none like the Tyson versus Paul fight.

This boxing match is going to be amazing!! I'll be cheering for David Benavidez to win.
I want to see David Benavidez fight the winner of the Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 blood bath.

Since we're never going to get what all boxing fans wanted to see. Benavidez vs. Canelo. Maybe if Benavidez has all the belts...

I really want to see David Benavidez knockout David Morrell Jr. Especially after all that talking that Morrell has done.

David Benavidez is sensational. He's been calling out Canelo for years. He's just waiting for his big shot now.
He may end up fighting the winner of Beterbiev and Bivol part 2. David wants to own all the belts very soon.
If Benavidez can win this fight tomorrow night and then beat the Beterbiev-Bivol winner. He'll be at the top...

That fight abosolutely delivered. Total war inside the ring. David Benavidez won 115-111, 115-111 and 118-108.
Morrell was given credit for a knock down in the 11th round. Looked like a push and slip (David lost his balance).

But David Benavidez responded with a flurry of shots to end the 11th. Morrell had a point deduction for a late hit.
In the end I thought Benavidez outboxed and outclassed Morrell. Delivered the most punches. I was very impressed.

David Benavidez is 30-0 and undefeated. Your Excellency, Turki Alalshikh, wants David Benavidez to fight the Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 winner next.

All Benavidez needs is his shot at the biggest fight. He's about to get it. If he can beat Beterbiev/Bivol for all the belts. Who needs Canelo anymore?

The next time we see David Benavidez fight will likely be against the Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 winner on February 22
If it happens to be Benavidez vs. Beterbiev it would be two undefeated boxers with a noticeable gap in their age.
Beterbiev is an extremely dangerous boxer but he's 40 now. Benavidez is a stud at 28. Bivol and Canelo are both 34.
