Both weapons have their individual base wsm and ias calculated

Off weapon ias like from helm or amu applies to each weapon individually

It’s no longer like legacy d2 where only weapon ias matters

I believe you need 63+ total ias for max breakpoint with a berserker axe. So likely would need ias in helm and shield.

Beast fanat also adds allt of ias already, but theres a certain ias u need on grief to counter necro clay golem slow to hit a good zerk speed

ias bps were significantly easier to get on LOD and were much more straight forward

not to mention WW BPs werent affected by slow or cold

Well I was only talking about my particular use case in which I couldnt afford higher base ias on weapon thus learning ias from gear counts was a relief, at least at first glance
