I’ve restarted the computer, shut down browser, and nothing is working. Any suggestions on what to do? My cell phone still logs in fine to LS

It’s showing a “Disconnected, attempting to reconnect…” across the whole screen, not just the bottom left.

Any suggestions?

I've had the same issues since December 19. Prior to that I never had any issues logging in. Always one click and in the game.
It's frustrating because sometimes it can log in within 2 or 3 minutes. Other times, like now, I've tried for 30 minutes and nothing.

Could be a coincidence but I noticed when there are less than 50 people it logs in faster. 75 people slashing right now. It's impossible for me to log in.

I'm sure I'll get into the game and play again soon. Just sucks I wasted 30 minutes going out of my way to play. I'm ready to sleep a bit more now.

A few times since December 19 it's been able to log in with one click like old times but that's become a rarity at this point.
Once logged in I'm good. As a solo slasher it only affects me. If I were playing in a big group I'd feel like I let people down.

And I'd be open to group play one day. If I can get my Hardcore Heal Proficiency (Rank 18 and 1st) higher and find a 130%+ EE Heal charm.

I just wish there was something we could do to fix this log in issue. I've done my best to work around it but I'm losing too much valuable time.

EDIT: I've finally logged into the game after a half hour. The past few days went smoother. 2 or 3 minutes I don't mind.
I try my best to keep a positive attitude and I'm happy with whatever happens. I just play when I can. All I can do.

Hey is this something you can help with? its happening to more and more people and my logging in has been taking longer and longer each time. i know this isnt really whats meant regarding LS questions, but are you able to assist by relaying info to njaguar or whoever could help with this? cant tell if its an LS issue or my and others computers.

It's the first time hearing about that kind of problem.

Ty sir! Mad, above is having this problem, light prince, and I was talking to another who had this problem too, was someone in storm, but don’t remember who.

I belive the problem was solved for mad by switching to firefox?

So I fixed the problem for a while by using an incognito browser on google chrome, then that started having issues. I switched to fire fix and that worked for a while before it stopped working. I went back to my original google chrome and that worked for a bit, now last night I didn’t slash because I couldn’t get on LS using any of the 3

is it your settings on firewall? in time ls moves to a untrusted site on them all?
