I understand theyre all-in on FSD and real world ai innovations but its looking so bad to keep missing earnings every quarter. They’ve missed 5 out of 6 of their last earnings now. Its not a good look while trading at near all time highs.

Their earnings call sounded quite bullish for 2025 while brushing off a weak 2024. Elon did highlight that 2025 will be the most important year for Tsla thus far.

I believe they will solve FSD and be a power player in the physical AI sector but they cant be missing earnings consistently like this.

Well I do think a part of the miss this quarter is partly due to magnitude of the beat last quarter. I think a miscalculation possibly. But regardless:

-Eps is whatever, they are investing hard into r&d

-Revenue I agree is concerning, but it does highlight this isn’t just a car company anymore. They slashed prices a lot and beat on deliveries multiple quarters. If you look at the growth in energy revenue, this is significant. It is expanding to a multifaceted company

I’m not telling you what to do but I’m not selling. I think with this after hours price action we are testing 500 in a couple weeks. I’ll sell the 550 monthly covered calls if we get there

I think if u got longs and have time

You wait until midterm year for major repositioning

I disagree with Tom Lee here aside from this being a bullish year - I think it’s yet again another large cap year with small cap lagging

B)

Apple quietly rising 10% in a couple days. Divergence yesterday + bond yields was the clue imo. Moon shot up to next week then protect against downside again

Bought the NVDA dip

I sold 128 calls on this, kinda want them to hit

This price action isn’t bullish on this name, even AMD outperforming nvda in first time in years

Yea im not planning to hold long… just playing the bounce. I do think the sellout was over exaggerated a bit.

Looking to take profit around 130-135

I’ll continue to play seasonality as I have the last 5 years, cheat sheet has worked wonders for me

Post election year seasonality last 50 years, after incumbent has been removed:

2025
January slow grind up
Feb dip
March flat
April very bullish
May bullish then flat
June bearish , drop 3rd week
July most bullish of the year
August bear after relative peek during first week
September bear , bottoms September 20-26ish
Longest and consistent (no >1% dips)Xmas rally of 4 year cycle October, November and December

January Check
