there is film of the ashli babbitt murder. it was filmed by or in the same crowd (cant remember his name) later when i have time i will dig it out and post it here.

let me say what i say like a million of times before. once you expose a leftie fraud and their lies its not over. leftie frauds will always come back and rework the same lie

this is the record of john sulivan. why no one ever talks about john sulivan is somewhat a mystery? perhaps because of some talk his "dad?" is part of the intelligence community.

lets not forget who the criminals and liars are. dumb bastards even filmed themselves

whose guilty of insurrection? who stormed the capital? the dumb bastards filmed themselves ...........blm/antifa

video including time stamps.
this video runs right up and stops just before the woman was shot. so i need to find video of actual shooting. anyway it clearly shows the leftie fraud narrative is typical of lying lefties
Rudy Giuliani provides evidence that BLM/Antifa instigated violence at capital rally on 6-Jan-2021

"You guys aren't my friends, we have just talked at least a few times a week for 10+ years. we have fun and laugh, joke around, disagree, etc." is peak "im taking my ball back home screw you guys" behavior.

all because i agreed with him but wasn't outraged enough for his liking.

I don't think it's a small thing. Trump tried to steal an election... his supporters committed an insurrection. He pardoned them or commuted their sentences. This is not normal.

Larpers who had the opportunity to commit violent, heinous acts, but didn't, because larpers are going to larp. Why else do you think the death toll was zero (after you sub out pro-Trumpers having heart attacks)?

You're then conflating a handful of larpers with thousands of people there, and assuming intent of the part of trespassers to abduct and kill members of Congress as part of a nefarious conspiracy completely at odds with the facts, namely that they made no attempt to abduct or kill lawmakers, and they weren't remotely charged with that as a crime.

edited out irrelevant whataboutism

They broke into the Capitol and assaulted cops. Some people had weapons, some had zip ties. What were the zip ties for? What was Ashli Babbitt trying to do?

I just gave you evidence from the leader of one of the groups there who explicitly talks about how he wanted to kill government officials. Stop pretending what happened did not happen. There's hours of video, there's endless documentation from court cases of what these people did and what their motivation was.

AHH i get it you misread my post then. when i said "easy blunder" i wasnt referring to his actions as inconsequential. i was saying its something he easily could have changed with very little consequences, but he did it anyway. he could have not given so many pardons, kept the violent offenders behind bars, and still proclaimed he kept his promises by releasing many people. thats an easy blunder.

No one was charged with insurrection under 18 U.S. Code § 2383, ergo, they did not commit insurrection. At this point you're probably guilty of libel.

You're describing a riot in which the overwhelming majority were charged with nonviolent misdemeanors. Again, we can simply go and look up who was charged, who plead guilty, and what they plead guilty for.

I have no idea what Ashli Babbitt's penultimate plan was, and I suspect she didn't know either. She was behaving in a destructive way and got shot dead for it. It happens in the heat of the moment, where the officer may not know whether or not your have a weapon (she didn't) or what your motives are. When you fuck around you're going to eventually find out.

The leader of the group is a larper. As I said, larpers are going to larp. He had the opportunity to kill government officials, and he did not. They were given the perfect opportunity in the form of a spontaneous riot, and yet they still didn't act. They participated in the disorder and then left. I don't agree with pardoning them (although some were merely commuted), but if you're going to pretend that these guys were terrorists dedicated to the overthrow of the state I'm going to call you delusional.

You're an extremist on January 6th. I'm a moderate. I think crimes should be punished, but they have to be punished equally. For the vast majority of convictions, the punishment was completely disproportionate to how the federal government otherwise charges crime. Pardons / commutations in those cases were necessary.

That makes no sense. Insurrection is a word that we use to describe something... just because the government failed to prosecute that something under a certain statute doesn't mean it wasn't an insurrection.

Uhh... government officials didn't get killed because there were cops there to defend them. We didn't have a situation where the insurrectionists actually reached members of Congress. You're just pretending these people had no ill intentions with zero evidence.

I'm just somebody who opposes a mob, who are mad that their cult leader lost an election, breaking into the Capitol and beating up cops, in their attempt to overturn a valid election. It's an incident where there's not a lot of grey area... it was wrong, and your cult leader believes it was right.

Do you think that if there was any evidence that protestors were part of an organized attempt to overthrow the US government, that they wouldn't have been charged under that statute? We're talking about an administration that chased down a thousand misdemeanors and prosecuted them to the fullest extent of the law.

A large majority of us oppose mobs breaking into the Capitol. Yet here we are 4 years later with Trump as president. What we're talking about is your need to dramatize to the extreme what happened as a beard for being a closet democrat. There's nothing wrong with changing your views. You need to own it.
