I’m not going to do all your googling for you but I’ll steer you in the right direction. Look up all the Burlington projects like Northgate, Thayer and others he got involved in to “make things better”. People(friends) he helped place and find in positions of power in these low income housing spaces. He was involved in a lot of this stuff in the 80’s and 90’s. When I was a youngster and my parents split we lived in Thayer. Basically it’s the same old song and dance:

Bring in new blood to spruce the place up.

Delay on repairs.

Up prices using delayed repairs as an excuse.

I think Northgate is ok now I’m not sure if they rebuilt or renovated(I live in Texas now). Thayer is still a dump.

He’s basically Trump but on a lower scale. Invest in properties as a behind the scenes character. Get paid by the scum friends. Act righteous. But yes look into Northgate and Thayer. I know there has been articles about those two for sure.
