Curious what gm rules people generally follow nowadays and if I am able to access them so I can read it. Just coming back to the game and heard things changed.

Can check the various pvp discords for their individual rulesets. The Dfc has quite lax rules where most things are allowed whereas d2rpvp channel uses more strict competitive rulesets. Eu and Asia servers have different rulesets as well
