It is but it requires you to do a lot of stuff, also highly recommend keeping diaries in mind as well, does the same thing, makes you focus on skilling and quests which all circles around each other for a solid start to mid lvl account

can vouch for this.
passively focus on quest cape + at least hard diaries

also osrs has best wiki out of any game
been playing for ages & still end my play sessions with like 15+ wiki tabs open.
googling "(whatever you are looking to do) osrs", wiki + reddit posts will carry hard

& im usually too lazy to plug shit into calc, so reddit is my quick way of checking which gear options are better vs others

Probably something on the wiki if you add the wiki links plugin or w/e its called.
It'll highlight what quests on a quest list are done.

can also sort by optimal / optimal ironman in quest helper plugin itself. not rfd specific i dont think tho in client. the other plugin is wikisync

i think ironman optimal is different in the regard of not having access to the ge, so some quests will be lower on the list
i have quest cape so tbh no clue since my plugin is empty
