Decided to pull the trigger and jump back in after 20 years. Original account long forgotten. I have periodic downtime and mobile OSRS seems like a decent nostalgic time-sink.

Hoping to get to the point where I can use FG to get back what I had.

Looking for advice on fastest way to level/quest/cashflow my way back to relevance from lvl 1. Feel free to link guides; I did try to look some stuff up but there's a swamp of info to wade through that often isn't relevant to me specifically.

Also tips on evading the banhammer when I do want to go from FG to RSG

Rush barrows gloves and all pre reqs thats a great start.

dont buy gold till youve done this and you should be fine.

Solid advice tbh, best place to start no debate.I play on mobile too, make sure you go through the settings and make changes. Highly recommend using Runelite on pc for questing though. Mobile questing can be brutal at times.

Runelite is amazing and totally fine to use. You can download plugins for certain things to make it tons easier.

Yes for sure, RL is absolute cheat mode but in a good way ofc and it's all approved including plugins in hub

Oof. Almost the entire game is going to be new to you at that point.

Also barrows gloves has nothing to do with barrows. It's the reward after completing a questline "Receipt for Disaster". 10 sub quests packed into one.

It’s the step in the correct direction which should keep you some focused on task and give you a variety of various skills and quests to do to also keep you interested. “Barrows gloves” is the most beginners step in nowadays gameplay. Should take 1-3 months depending on play time. And there is a step by step quest helper and guides to ensure you don’t get lost!
