I thought only tri-res boots were of any use?

Tri res are redundant when compared to single or double res boots. People just overpay for tri res boots because they like the look of max resists at all times

This and stash space.. most ppl rather have 1 go-to boot for vs ele than to have 3 pairs in stash, especially when you have a different circ/ring/etc for every setup, space saving is huge lol
