ive never played poe. just picked up a key last night trying to make a character today and buddy said try sorc or monk but i dont have that option at all when creating a character... any advice on what to start from these witch, ranger, marauder, templar, shadow, and duelist?

Your buddy is telling you to play PoE 2 and you’re playing PoE 1.

idk wtf im doing. how do i get into poe2. downloaded made account through epic. cant log in there was told to download from the poe site and i guess i just dl poe1

Think I've seen taht name before.

Go hardcore, learn your lesson, go softcore, own everything after 100 hours of gameplay (takes some time to grind starter items if you dont trade your way into end game)

Use ea key on Poe website so you get your key for steam/epic or just download the standalone client

I sold the keys to him and sent him the links to redeem and get steam client. Not sure what he's doing.



If you need help, lmk. i see you redeemed 1/2 keys in 24 hours. I also specified they will not work for ps5.

Bought my EA on steam, when I got to Poe site and linked the accounts I noticed an unread message and checked it out which had two things, 2 ea keys for the client of steam and epic which only lets you download and launch the game but does not give access to the game unless you activated a poe2 ea key or bought it on epic/steam/PlayStation/Xbox directly

I'm guessing he just didn't try using the redeem key part of the site and bumbled towards the download game section of Poe 1 lol

Impossible cause I sent him the link to redeem them unless he ignored it.

yea i got it working i had to download the launcher directly from the site but at first i had clicked the dl for poe 1 i guess. it's all good and working for now.
