Jesse Ventura's playbook was to simply sit next to prevaricating snake tongued career politicians and come off as a normal, sensible guy. He didn't engage in theatrics or zingers, he didn't pick fights or argue with moderators. I happen to know the answer and your assumption is somewhat flawed.
It should not be upsetting to you why Corporations were declared people by the Federal governerment.
But it should be that people are presumed to be corporations, and you should be asking how and what makes people incorporated entities.
I have plans to make a topic explaining and laying out how the Tax Laws, and Federal Jurisdiction works, even if it is a State acting over the same objects.
