Hi guys!

Almost every second day, maybe 3rd, when I click the saved Bookmark in my Opera browser on Windows 7 to get to d2jsp forums (Diablo II), the page shows me that I have to Login.
Also it shows that I am registered in 2011, but as soon as I type in my username and passwords, it says that they are incorect.

So I have to proceed to Recover My Password link, and as soon as I complete this, I enter the "New" password (wich is the same with the old one) and...voila, I`m in. Even if I really change the passwords, and then change them again from my account, this issue comes back 2 or 3 days later.

Also, after logging in, the forum says that I am member since 2022, not 2011.

Anyone can please help, from the admin sideof the forum?

And for the future responses:
NO, I don`t have CAPS ON
NO, I don`t use my android phone to login (even if that on the phone it never happens)
NO, I don`t mistype my username or passwords

Thank you so much for the coming help.

Hi ^vidocq

This is the section you try to login right? So first you will need to provide your username.

After that both regular pw and gold pw has to be filled in correctly.
I've did a password reset for myself like a week ago, and had no issues after the reset remembering the new password.

For starters, try updating your browser. What you are currently using is over 2 years outdated.
Also ensure you don't have privacy options enabled in your browser to delete cookies on tab/browser close.
Other software, such as antivirus or tools such as ccleaner, can also automatically clear your cookies, which you would need to disable (specifically the setting clearing your cookies).

I think I need to see if said, then check if it still persists.

Nope, all checked and it`s as you can see in the screenshots. Opera is up-to-date, Clear cookies diabled. It is the only webpage where I have this issues.

Please try using chrome or Firefox. Also why are you still on Windows 7? That in combination with opera could be causing the issues you're experiencing.

We can guarantee everything will work as expected when you're using software beyond its lifecycle: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/end-of-support

Thanks.
