I would guess there will be substantial interest in this.

it's at least 5-10k, however i would not be surprised to see bid wars take it past this point

"evil presence" mobs are the most likely to drop them. So nothing special, it helps also having the "+xx% Item Stat Quality" event in particular active, unfortunately right now it isnt running, can see what is running here:

it can go a while before a good drop is found. of the around 100 solo's i've done i've only had 1 or 2 items worth 10k+ drop and some people would call me lucky

I agree here 5-10k depends on interest.
