without being too critical during a win, he needs to be better. a lot better. he made some plays but took a lot of bad sacks.
elliott made some clutch fgs down the stretch but those xp misses were bad. 2nd one could have cost us the season
Probably exactly where you were last year. Good enough I'm the regular season but not the postseason.
And what do you mean step up? This is the Jalen hurts now. He's lost a step and has to rely on his throwing ability more, which is just ok. Sure, he will pop a run like tonight every once in awhile but he is noticably slower compared to two years ago. We saw it last season too.
With all the talent on this team, he's only ever going to be asked to be a game manager. If team becomes less talented over the next 3-4 years and they ask him to do more eagles fans are going to be in for a rude awakening.
He's a very competent QB, but not the superstar most of you think you have. He may not even be in the top 2 QB in the division.
Edit: don't mean to shit on him, I would be very happy to have him as a starting QB on my team.
