In the past year I've sent my ID in to Verify.
I will wait for my review then.

verification is granted for one year. You have to renew it after a year

I'm pretty confident I have submitted my ID within the past year and has not gone over.
I let the membership fall off.

Can anyone PM me my last submission date?

What everyone else has told you is correct. You need to verify again as it's been too long since your last verification and has now expired.

Please look for a button at the bottom of the page to request a new verification.

Okay 10/4 I will verify by sending my ID in again.
Thanks, page makes it sound like my account is being actively reviewed and no action is needed.
