so i am still kinda new back to d2r and a lot has changed

how should i build my mosaic sin?
what is important?
what is the ias bps? is there a chart?

gear set up?
merc set up?
skill points?

2x Mosaic in fast and low req base like GT, Enigma, Griffon.
Target to hit 65fcr or 102fcr bp.

Merc standard setup - Infi, Cure, Forti.

Skills: Max Phoenix + synergies, 1 cobra strike, dragon talon to reach 5 kicks, 1 fade, 1 block.

Phoenix strike - hit as much as you reach 2 spinning balls (charges) instead of 3. Try to put attention on this since it's the strongest attack.
Blades of Ice and Claws of Thunder to reach max 3 balls each. Cobra any level is OK. Some people charge Fist of Fire but imho it's waste of time.
I think there is some kind of overflow bug which impacts on Cobra but didn't notice any issues.

Don't bother too much and don't overthink. Even budget and bad built Mosaic melts everything anyway. Basically 1k gear kills same fast as 20k one.

phoenix strike only 2 charges?

and im suppose to do both boi and cot along side with phoenix ?

2 charges give you Chain Lightning, 3 charges give you some Ice cast.

No life leech. You one hit almost everything. Just pick that one with Def aura - with Forti he will reach >20k def.

Srsly, sometimes you kill faster then he has a chance to "spray" aura.

Only chance he could die is when you charge but it means you are doing this on wrong pack

Cobra Strike is a Charge-up Skill: this is life and mana leech. Merc is irrelevant, BUT in BAD gear 200fg crap stuff your 20 sec Dclone kills can go to 5 sec with ANY crap infinity

get 3 stacks with your PHX 2, BOI 3, CoT 3, Cobra 3,

FoF i was told TOLD does NOT Life Leech and Im not a fan of everything burning any how so I don't ever use it.
The budget of all budget gear can easily clear all game areas to include Dclone

& Starting the season leveling a toon it is one of the best classes using traps clearing all the way into Hell

Fire fist cannot go higher than 33 lvl. If you do, all physical attack is converted into fire and you cannot mana life leach
